About Naji

Naji Rashid is Owner/CEO of 1st Advantage Real Estate Services, LLC.  and Chairman of Rashid Real Estate Group, LLC.  Naji was the former Owner of RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc. with offices in Baltimore and Harford Counties with 60 real estate  agents for 12 years. Naji has over 17 years of real estate experience.

Naji is a real estate expert who specializes in homeownership education.  He speaks for companies, organizations, and non-profits through conducting seminars, workshops, lunch presentations, and question & answer sessions.

Naji is a very goal oriented real estate professional that pays meticulous attention to detail. He expresses these qualities in his business by being prepared and working his time tested proven system that has served his clients and colleagues for over 17 years.  Naji is also President of Necessary Results, LLC, a coaching, consulting, and mastermind group company that helps individuals, organizations, and businesses achieve peak productivity and start new endeavors. 

Naji is Chairman of the Board Governance Committee and a member of the Policy Committee for Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore, Inc. He is past Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Naji has also served as a member of the Real Estate Development Committee.

Naji serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Membership Committee for the Country Club of Maryland. Naji was the past Chairman of the Membership Committee for the Country Club of Maryland.
